Just found out my meet in August is P/P, not full power as I thought...
(I know, I know...Duh, Bad intel) Anyway... How should I modify/ adjust my training if any and increase my focus on the DL? Should I back off sqauts or maybe focus on more lower back/ hamstring work?:confused:
BTW, I pull conventional, usually every week.

I do a very basic PL routine... Monday (sqaut) Wed. (bench) Fri. (D.Lift)
Also, I'm currently doing the 5/3/1 (BB version)
