Feel as though I have adapted pretty well so far. Plan is to move straight on to #37 next week with a bit of an increase in the maxes. I will run that twice and that will take me to my cruise at the end of October. When I return there will be 5 weeks to a meet, so the 5 week meet prep would work. Provided I don't hurt myself lifting or playing flag football. We did win our first game yesterday.

Today's workout. I replaced the front squats with close stance olympic squats just out of preference.
