585x1 both of the wrapped sets were much higher than i had thought after reviewing on video. i was pretty excited about these but after watching the video i was completely deflated. this is just a starting point though so hopefully i'll learn quickly from this.

been out of town for most of 2 weeks now. through the week i've only been able to do hypertrophy work and some overhead pressing. snatched 106kg and cleaned 151kg last weekend and under the circumstances i was happy with it.
100kg x1 missed a close attempt then killed the second. just pulled forward. gotta push through my heels better off the floor or i get forward.
