Awesome work yesterday. The way you looked Friday moving didn't think you should even attempt to train, but you kicked ass. Last set of squat wasn't even close to a grind, think you had some left. Great push, hope you're just about settled. And hopefully nothing effects us.
1.4.09 ME Bench
Been having problems with my nose exploding lately. Seems about this time every year, my CPAP dries out my nose and I'm prone to nosebleeds. Bad ones. Really bad. I need to remember to put Vaseline in my nostrils before bed. That lead to me having a problem with blood first coming out and pooling in my eye. Then, I plugged my nose and it went down the back, causing me to gag. So overall, I didn't get done what I wanted to tonight.

LOL it probably looked pretty badass yeah but I'd rather have had a better workout. I was really happy with the 765x3 but I need to start touching more consistently.
I have that same problem, but maybe not as bad...haha!!! Just the other day, I scratched my nose and all of a sudden it started bleeding. The good thing is I never had it happen during a workout. But other then that, good job with the 765x3!!!

Not a great day. I'm pretty sure the bitch that runs the gym threw out our chalk. Pretty pissed off. Made it hard to pull as the bars at our place suck.

ME Squat Day
Another bad day. Really tired of frustrating myself and my partners. Whatever it is that's broken in my head has been fixed in the bench but for some reason I can't find that same part of me in the squat. It comes and goes. Last week, in just briefs, I did 765x2 and 815x1 with reverse bands. This week I added the suit, got pinned with 840, and only managed 825 with reverse bands.
Try taken a break for a week and rest up bro. Its exactly what I needed and sparked that enthusiasm again from being away.
Relax buddy. New week coming. Some guy once told me not to put myself worth in to this sport. Not sure what he meant but might help you. Squat will come around fine. You've been moving for 2 or 3 weeks now, unpacking every night, got alot going on. The stress will get the best of you from time to time.
So relax and enjoy training. You've told me a number of times you could see doing anything else!

cant do those big workouts back to back you know that. got to go every 10 to 14 days. i am learning that works best for me and i am ready to attack it. see you on the 30th if you are going to the nj state meet. might need some help.
Well, after thinking about it, all the work I've done trying to fix things and there is only one thing left to try. Doing LESS. I'm cutting my training down to 3 days a week. Heavy days on Mon (Bench), and Sat (Squat) and an accessory or possibly heavy deadlift day on Wed. I've given my squat training over to my partners. They make the calls, I just do. I am going to try to work through my issues on autopilot and let them guide me.
