Another deadlift advice thread
I pulled 505 today which is my first time pulling over 500. I also filmed it from the front this time so hopefully you get a better look at my pulling. It's on a 1.5'' mat because the floor is ****ed up underneath so it stopped the bar from rolling away. My weakness is my lockout, so i'm not worried about it.
I really tried to keep my upper back tight and squeeze it off the floor (as was suggested last time) and it seemed to make a big difference. Is there anything else you guys can suggest that will help me out?
