Still do Lower Body even though my upper body is Sore & Stiff?
I searched for other threads and couldn't find anything related to this question so...sorry if it seems like a stupid question, i'm still young, got a lot to learn :)
is it alright if i train my legs today?
yesterday i had my first proper workout in like a year and it was pretty intense...my chest is pretty sore and the rest of my upper body is stiff...
so is it ok to train my legs today even if my upper body is sore? or should i wait until thursday to do my legs.
