Vulcan is better for-
Rep work due to it not twisting in your hand
Building the start and middle portion of squeeze
Learning to set the gripper
High volume work due to no knurling (need chalk)
Making smaller jumps in tension
Thumb training using attachments
C.O.C better for-
Hardening the skin, medium knurling
Building of the close portion of the squeeze
Over crush work
Overall as a tool the Vulcan is superior, the Captains are still awesome.
4km walk with my lady.
Grippers again, 2 a days have paid off so why not.
