Left hand pinch grip PR and hit #2 x 5 and #2.5 x 1........stopped there as not 100% healed yet......2 more days.
Now closed the 3 24 different times yeah boy
Bought 12lb of protein powder today :)
Back to regular training now, wedding and new house are sorted so its time to go full steam.

Thanks guys im pleased with the gains, i went from closing the #2-2.5-3 in around 3 months.
I no longer get a thrill before going for the #3 but when going for the 3.5 i get fucking pumped!
If you check out the grippers the only a few guys around capable of the 3.5 and just a handful of the 4.
Once im 1mm or so from the 3.5 ill get a 4 to start on.....will be great to actually own one and work at it.
Impressive, man. Judging by how I go on a number 1 I wouldn't be confident of even closing a 1.5.
