With the full range thumb work I notice the last 1" causes a lot of soreness in the thumb tendons.....so I will just go till that last 1" and not past by tapping a 1" block in.......felt VERY good like I found the sweet spot and I will tell you now my thumbs are going to get strong from this!

MMS= Monster Mash Set........this is a comp where you must place a block (think its 1.5" wide not sure) between the handles then fully close.....this is one rep.....like a credit card but smaller to even it up for guys with small/med/large hands.

Not able to pull regually just yet, I estimate i can still pull 640-660.
My raw PR was higher than 655 off 6" blocks, maybe 705+ but i need to check.....block pulls are easy for me with any stance compared to floor work.
