What' up Adam? It's a good crew, sure you know them all. As far as my training I'm get stronger weekly but also a lot of injuries and not nearly as strong as i was this time last year.

done. tried some different things. the speed pulls felt really good sumo. weight was 240 today.
I did sumo speed pulls against quad minis last week for the first time and I worked up to 275lbs of bar weight, and it started to slow down on me also. But I really do like them, and I'm starting to like sumo. I'm probably going to do them again this Friday, but move the bands out a little more to add more tension.
Great training tonight man. I liked switching it up and doing some new stuff. Keeps it interesting. Looking forward to Saturday.

You looked strong as hell today man. The last squat was a little scary but you came up with it nicely. Great recovery. Sorry I didn't stick around for the accessory work inside, the strongman stuff outside was calling me. Now my hips are calling me. Some really bad names.

Yeah Hopp, i never really seem to deload, or take down weeks. That is the one thing i wish i could read about myself. when I need to pull back without feeling like i"m pu**ing out.
