saturday's training was well another let down for me. Not panicing though because been under alot of stress lately and feeling drained an awful lot. Hoping that this bad training cycle leads to good meet day performance . It has usually been the other way for me, so hoping that the 12 day lay off will heal up all aches and pains and bring back some strength that has been missing.
825x1 maybe 1inch high but felt easy
875xo missed about half way up, felt uncomfortable and they said went down way to slow.
dead tried briefs and suit. horrible couldn't get to bar. probably going with just suit at meet.
but every set from 400 up felt heavy and pulled alittle something in shoulder

was a fun night. after i get some electro shock treatment on shoulder and lower back. it is feeling good today and wish i did both shoulders. oh well maybe next week. weight is a high 245.
I have just 2 more access days, 1 squat day, and 1 bench day left. Then looking forward to time off, to heal up. I did many things differently then my normal training cycles leading into this meet. Feeling very banged up and tired. As of today thinking openers to be around 820/675/625:boring:
Finished up last squat today before meet. Things went horrible, not sure what, why, or how things went so bad these past weeks. just don't feel comfortable under the weight. thinking way too much under the weight. and right now don't have much confidence which is something totally new for me. Hopefully things totally change meet day. Looks like opener will be 800 and see how it goes from there.

Trainiing is just that training, so it is learning. doing, failing and succeeding and not in that order. I usually have very bad training days before a meet and think too much into each lift. Come meet day I'm focused.
Get you priorities together, set the number for each individual lift or for the total but then I'm not telling you anything you have not done yet.
Enjoy the delaod and rest before the meet See you when it is done.
