hey Hopp, It was one of my stronger unrackings on the day so it didn"t feel much different than the 955, i got alittle loose in the the hole other wise i may have gotten it. (at least in my head that's what i believe). Maybe one day i'll get to get after it with no training wheels, like a big boy. hahaha

thx Hopp, good to be back. goal is better shape, healthier, and more flexible. stretching is definetely required to keep me healthy abd moving forward. i would like to be 250 or under but for now weight isn't on my mind. ---tuesday training was me dead. 135x5 /225x5/ 315x3/ 405x1 /465x6x3sets. weight wasn't issue as much as cardio. back was pumped bad though. decided to ride stationary bike:20mins 7 miles.

We had a blast. It got a little intense for a minute because neither of us wanted to back down on either reps or weight. Something we need to fix so we don't totally blow each other out of the water each week. It was nice to have some juices flowing but we need to watch how hard we push one another. Hopp i have know idea what happened weight wise. i don't feel like i'm eating any differently. ---- any way lower body day.-- woke up feeling like hell, back was bad, and blew abou 4lbs of mucus out my nose in morning.. --squats normal warmups/510x3x4sets then figured it was time to step up/ crew disagreed and that lights a fire under my azz---- 560x3 pr!! ---(on to deficit pulls---(3 1/2in box) 225x3/315x1/405x1/ 455x1/ 495x1/ 605x0 got to knee level and quit on myself---regrouped-came back and got it 605x1 pr. another good day. thank you team for getting me thru it. sorry for mess did it by phone so i could get to son's championship football game
