Also for those interested this is the progress the kid I've be training for football has made in about 7 weeks. He pretty much started from scratch. No explosiveness what so ever in his lifts and sprints. Lots of work with the prowler, sled, Jump variations and bench technique. This kid is one explosive mfer. If I can teach him to get mean on the field ppl better watch out for him. Were also just getting past the introductory phase and finally hitting stride in his lifts.

I train him 4x/week WS4SB. His dad gladly signed him up for another 30 sessions. God I love my job.

I'll comment on your personal training skills, that football player has made some tremendous strides!
I'd be ecstatic if I was him. He'll look like a whole new person before the school year is over! If he keeps running with things through the summer then he could be a mini-beast.
Is he honest with you about how he has been doing with his diet? Not enough teens know exactly what the diet can truly do for strength and size gains. I've been looking back at some of my stuff from high school and it's crazy to think what I was taking in and hwo dedicated I was then.
The young football player is lucky, not only to be working with you, but his Dad is awesome to lay out an opportunity for his son that way. What you are doing for yourself these days is outstanding too Tom.
