Rapid Weight Loss, Healthy or Unhealthy?
About a month ago i was eating very unhealthy, not excersizing as much as i should and just overall in pretty shitty shape. I decided that i was going to change my diet and begin weight training again, which i have done for the past month. My height is 5'11" and i weighed 194 pounds, after only about 3 and a half weeks of dieting, consistant excersize, using different supplements and weight training im down to 181 pounds. I've noticed increases in muscle but nothing drastic. Is dropping this much weight this fast something to worry about?
