The number one problem I see guys who call themselves 'Hard Gainers' struggle with is food, particularly breakfast. Now the problem isn't always food selection, more so overall calorie consumption.
When you truly are a hard gainer, staying lean isn't the issue, it's obviously gaining mass. Keep that in mind when planning your meals and be sure you're planning meals that are rich in muscle building ingredients, clean proteins, low glycemic carbohydrates, and good fats.
However in the end, just make sure you eating your automobile weight in calories.
Here's a tasty way to increase the calorie content of your breakfast in a hurry, while enjoying every single bite!
- 1 cup dry organic quick oats
- 2 scoops chocolate Nitrean
- ½ cup crushed deluxe nuts
- ½ cup sliced banana
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ¾ cup water
Mix 1 cup of dry organic quick oats with ¾ cup water.
Microwave 1 minute. Add all other ingredients and stir. Add water for desired consistency.
Eat, enjoy, grow.
