As already mentioned by everybody, this was a great article, and I believe my weak points are glutes, hamstrings, and probably abs as well.This would explain a lot of things.
I do have one question for you guys...
When you go over the 400lb mark with deadlifts, do you do with or without the use of chalk or gloves?
Great article. These ratios are going to seem ridiculous, but here is where I'm at:
Pretty clear my quads suck...so trying to do more squats. I've always done really deep squats, but I think that is limiting my quad work...do you think I should try some "higher" squats? I wonder what my deadlift could be if I actually had a good squat lol. I'm about 6' tall and 185. Long arms, strong back obviously.
