The truth is that we all get too attached to programs and do not challenge ourselves enough through training, which is one of the reasons that we do not see the progress that we strive for.
Implementing chaos training methods will help shake things up and get you back on track to building new stacks of dense functional muscle.
Equations while clean and pressing :)
Doing equations comes into play more when doing sport specific training and while doing speed/agility (examples would be solving a quick equation which would lead you to the cone you need to shuffle/sprint to). This is real helpful with reaction times in a game while having to make decisions.
I don't know if we have ever done it while deadlifting :)
