Complexes and SS
I'm doing a variant of SS, right now I'm on a cut and I've added a bunch of cardio on my off days. If I do complexes for that cardio, is it going to mess with my recovery from the work days? Am I better of sticking with a more traditional cardio on my off days?
Any suggestions for good complexes? I'm thinking the 6X6.
Go light and try it out. If it is hurting your recovery (which it may, especially since you're on a cut), then cut the complexes back or remove them completely if you need to.
