School is out in a week and a half, and then it is time to really bulk up. I am going to go on a Low Carb-High Protein diet to get rid of my useless fat. I have found out a lot about weight lifting since I joined this forum, and have discovered many new excersises. I usually workout one day and rest a day, but I can't cram all my excersises into one day anymore. Over the summer I would like to work out 4-5 days a week and work a different muscle group(s) each day. My legs are lagging behind, as well as my back. Could someone please help me to make a schedule that would really build me up? I am already the strongest kid in my Jr. High, but next year is high school,and I would like to dominate there, which would not be to hard since the biggest bench press is 240(and he is a senior). Thanks for any help.
Just focus around the compound movements. Bench press, deadlift, squat. Eat well. Gain a little fat, too. Keep loading the plates on. Keep the rep range in the 6-10 area for optimum growth.
