How much should I charge (helping a co-worker put on some mass)?
A co-worker of mine who is in great shape (but a bit too tiny) wants to put on some mass. Anyways last week she asks me if I can train her.
The plan is two sessions per week, about 30-40 minutes each. I'm not a certified trainer, so I wouldn't dream of charging anything close to those kind of rates, but she's brought up compensating me several times now, and I really have no idea what to ask for in terms of compensation.
I'm also tracking all her reps, her weight, and keeping them in an excel table so she can track her progress, helping her workout a diet plan etc.
I've thought something like $10/session. That would add up to $80/mo and would be enough to pay off my gym membership. But that maybe on the low end?
