Hanging Leg Raises:
Really enjoyed my training today. Chins still feel tough and I'm sure as I put weight on again they'll remain so. But I managed an extra rep over last week, so I'm happy with that. I'll be back at two sets of 10 soon, I'm sure.
On both the DB Rows and the Overhead Press I'm back up to what I was pre-cut! Happy days! I'm sure that reducing the heavier warmups to 3 reps played a part in giving me enough energy. Hopefully I'll start setting PRs on those two soon.
DE Bench was great. Pausing the weight for a second on my chest before pushing off makes it SO much harder! By the 8th rep of the last set I was ready to drop it, so had to rack the weight for about three seconds, then bust out the final two reps. Chest was pumped. Loved it.
First day on my new shake today too. More expensive than my previous shakes, but twice the calories and it has BCAA and Glutamine already mixed in, so hopefully will save pennies there and make a little difference to my recovery too.

Chest still feels pumped today. Not felt my chest worked this much in ages - and it was lighter weights than I normally use!
Got heavy bench tomorrow - so hoping it's fine for then. Gonna eat loads today and get some good sleep tonight.

Happy with the increase on bench. Chest didn't feel too sore, so obviously the DE the other day was just the right intensity. Happy with dips today, too. Good day all round. Gonna try for another 2.5kg increase on the bench in my next ME session.
