Progress pics from bodyweight only movements
Thought I'd post some progress pics of my post cut to demonstrate most things are seemingly based on diet.

There might not be a huge difference, but the cut didn't last that long. My workout routine consisted of specific bodyweight only movements and sprints. I achieved similar results with this compared to when I was using heavy weights at the gym.
