Upper Body Pictures and BF % Question
Random stats are that I can bench 255 lbs give or take 5 lbs and I can do over 20 chin ups.
These are the first progress pictures I've ever taken. I know I'm really skinny and that doesn't bother me right now. I do intend to bulk up a little bit (like 165-180) once I get out of High School, but for now I'm okay with being skinny because I run. In these pictures I was 145 lbs, 6 feet tall, and I had dinner less than an hour ago haha.
1st is a front shot of me relaxing everything
2nd is a back shot of me relaxing everything
3rd is a back shot of me flexing
4th and 5th are random poses of me flexing
I'm really interested in knowing my BF percentage, but I don't know how to find out without going to a doctor. I figure enough estimates on this site is good enough for me though because I'm sure you guys can ballpark it pretty well. My guess is somewhere around 10%? + or - 2%?
