That is basically what we are doing, you are just seeing a tiny part of the entire process with those videos.
I understand how difficult the dl is for the Dickie do guys. Just keep trying to work with what you have. Really wide sumo, super arched and sitting far back, with a close grip is what I think is the best bet. Or trying to mimic a Mark Felix type of form. Good luck.
Hey wilk I think if you moved your grip out just a hair it might make it easier to lck weights out. when you get close to lockout the bar wont be going up your legs. Thats the way mike ruggeria had his hands. I kina do the same when I pull sumo
