This didn't dawn on me until BallsWideDeep mentioned this today in a post:
4 Day Hypertrophy Routine) into what I absorbed from reading HCT-12 and considered it one in the same.
But what I have also discussed with others is the load so close to my 1RM with all the volume I am doing. I think this is where I started fusing HCT-12 and the link above was with H.I.T. but with volume...A LOT OF VOLUME.
Perhaps I'm gonna answer my own question here, but should I change anything (load wise) or am I in a "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" situation?
I am always looking for critiques, so any input is much appreciated. If it is not on volume/load, perhaps there is a call to question with some of the amendments I made with my routine (substituting sumo pulls for conventional - am I getting enough hip/glute action?, etc, etc....)
