Visceral Fat stats: good or bad?
When I started training back in June, my visceral fat was at 3. Now, four-plus months later, I have gained 19 lbs muscle, lost 17.5 lbs bodyfat; however, my visceral fat has gone up to 5.
Is this a negative thing? What's a good range for visceral fat? Why would it go up when the rest of my bodyfat is going down? Should the visceral numbers concern me at all and is there anything I should be doing about it to either get it back down or prevent it from continuing to increase?
