352+chains x2 (x8)
6" Block Speed Pulls
352+chains x2 (x3)
352+chains x1 (x6)
Notes: Another solo session. This was all I could get done in the time I had. Getting set up and tidied up killed a lot of my time.
No joke, even the prep and set up time can be killer, like hell getting started with it, lol.
Like both accessory days bro.
Nice squats and pulls. Lifting alone works well if you are doing basic stuff, but it sucks if you have stuff you need to set up.
Good work in a short time. Setting up and breaking it down solo blooooooows.
Great speed work. Were those block pulls from a deficit?
Got in the biggest movements!! Solid solo session
Like the look of the block speed pulls, great idea it always bugs me when people say you HAVE to pull from the floor or deficit for speed........thats not logical and seems like they read Louie say it so thats the end of it.
There are no rules, some things work when they prob shouldnt.
Great way to build starting power at a funny angle IMO.
As others have said your volume is big bro!!
Nick, I see where your coming from. But I want to add so others will understand that doing speed pulls off the floor or a deficit will help with your speed off the floor, especially against bands. Doing the speed pulls off blocks will help build speed through your sticking point.

Short Bar Tri Pressdowns
Side DB Laterals
Notes: This was a scrappy night. I dumped the 550 and 572 on the board from about 1/2inch out but still managed to press them, lol. Just got to take it on the chin, learn and move on.
550 & 572 vid below. Heres how not to bench :) The 550 in particular was all over the place. Gotta love benching to ''LMFAO - Im sexy and I know it!'' Bit of an eclectic mix going on last night.
Here is a pic of the tailored shirt sleeve of my jack shirt. Its pinched a good half inch which means over an inch all round. Far too tight. I couldnt even get the left sleeve over my elbow properly. I will get it tailored again at the mid point between the original and the new lines and it should be perfect. If a get an invite (depending how I do on April 14th) for the NEC Bodypower Expo push/pull event in May, I will be using it then which would give me about 6 weeks to get it broken in and working for me.
wiggle wiggle wiggle wiggle wiggle!! HAHA Great work Justin! Those last 2 inches F'n suck! Tuck in those elbows hard. I know I asked you this before, but what grip do you use? Hard to see. Weight is climbing for sure though. Sucks about the shirt too. Hopefully they can get it right for you and youll have it in time for the push/pull.
Haha benching to LMFAO, good for the motivation levels!
Strong bench work still bro, always pushing the limits man!
straps up & wraps
warmed up to 484x1 raw and shut it down.
Notes: I have flu like symptoms and a head full of cotten wool. My sinuses felt like they were about to explode. I was quite pleased that the squatting went ok but i only warmed up with pulls before calling it a day. They just felt heavy tbh and I twanged something in my left rear delt/lat/triceps area. Ice and hope for that one lol.
Very, very nice man!!
Bench: Cant all be good days.......love the sense of humour!!
Moving big weights Justin.
Great job Justin, especially feeling like shit. Great speed.
That's big weight Justin.
800 under those circumstances is damn good!!!
800 squat is strong!
Good to hear you are starting to feel a bit better. 800 squat is sick!
