Done...For some reason I feel like I forgot to list an exercise. Oh well, either way it was a pretty decent session. I'm going to try and bench heavy every other week and see how that goes for this cycle.

Done...Not much to say, everything felt heavy. I was suppose to do 5 sets total on the squats but stopped at 3 because I was starting to feel like I did last week. I was also suppose to do 3 sets of deads but stopped at 1, because I didn't have the drive. Oh well, let's hope next week will go better.

Done...Yep, that's right, I'm splitting up my squats and deadlifts again. After my last two sessions of being wore out after squatting and not being able to pull, I had to do something. I'll also take advantage of this and hopefully be able to push my squat and pull a little further now.
Enough of that, here is how today went....The pulls felt strong and fast until I got to 660, lol. I got my sets and reps that I needed, so i'm not complaining to much. But I did want a 3rd rep on the last set, but I had a small skin tear in the middle of my palm that was causing me grip problems. Next week, i'm planning on dropping the weight down to @ 545 for some rep work.
Ive been liking the split days with squat and pulls. I need to concentrate on my pull, so I need to be fresh. Really good work Bri. 7 is around the corner.

Done...Another hard day of benching. All 3 sets of 400 were hard. I know I got my numbers I needed, but I feel like it should of gone easier. I don't feel that pain in my left pec anymore, but now my right pec is bothering me, and that's the one that tore almost 4 years ago.

Done...A pretty good day today. I was really wanting 10 reps on my last set, but I don't think it was in me today. My best ever 10 rep squat is 535x10 and a close 545x9 both done with knee wraps and at 19yo, lol.
So far I like the idea of splitting up my SQ and DL. Because there is no way I would be able to deadlift after that squat session.
Today I decided to open my stance up, and it felt pretty good. So i'll be training with this stance for the remaining of this meet cycle. It also allowed me to be able to carry the bar higher and still keep my chest up. But we'll see next week when I increase the weight. I also put my belt on early, because I started getting a pump in my lower back and to me it wasn't worth waiting another set.
Overall it was a good day.
Damn good with those squats, always on the mark.
