What week are you starting the 16-week cycle Brian?
Your raw strength is damned impressive Brian. Watching the powerlifting competition this past weekend, I kept thinking; "Brian squats that raw... Brian pulls that raw... Brian benches that raw... Brian is a F'N Beast!"
I wonder what kind of total you could put up with gear now? Your DL is a good 35 lbs more now Raw than when you pulled in gear. That is progress!
You've got time. I'm sure an opportunity to lift with a team will present itself in the future. Heck, it might be your own team hosted in your garage!

Done...Not a bad day considering how I ate like s**t yesterday. I only ate one meal all day and it showed, lol. I'll try not to do that again. I was wanting to try and get 5 reps with 635, but my grip was slipping and I didn't want to tear my hands up so I stopped at 3. Oh well, next time! I think next week i'll do some triples off a 4" block.

Done...Not a bad day, I gassed out on my 2nd set of 345 and that sucked. I tried using more leg drive and it was pretty weird. My left leg was shaking like crazy, lol. We'll see what happens next week.
With the amount of work you've been doing, lack of sleep, schedule constraints, etc., etc., gassing out isn't completely unexpected. You've still accomplished an amazing amount of work. Eat and sleep more! Work less! Train harder! :D

Done...I'm still trying to get use to my new knee sleeves. I think my numbers are going to go down some, but i'm hoping to at least squat the same or maybe 5-10lbs more at the meet with these new rehbands and my new stance. I feel way more comfortable in the hole with a closer stance. My hips don't hurt!!! :)
This was my first attempt doing reverse bands in this rack. I'm not sure if I did something wrong, but it felt awkward. So after I did one rep, I decided to just rack it and save it for another day.
I'm also going to start throwing in some front squats. Since I hate doing them heavy, i'll do them light and for reps. I might even consider getting a front squat harness.
I bought a leg curl/extension bench last week, and so far I love it!!! For some reason I can't do the weight that I could at gym. Maybe because it's plate loaded? Oh well, I guess it doesn't really matter.
Rehbands, comparatively speaking, only keep your knees warm. The Inzers, when new, give you some pop out of the hole. You'll probably get the back with the narrower stance though. Now you have to learn how to squat fast, like an Oly squat. :D
Do you think some training with briefs until your hips feel better would be beneficial?
