Done...Today I trained about 85% of my 1RM and I finished my last set with 3 more reps then I was suppose to do. Tomorrow i'll be squatting around the same percent and i'll be pulling heavy for some singles.Not a bad day overall.

Done...Well, im not sure what to say. On the way up I felt something funny going on and not good. I was able to go up in weight with no pain, but it felt sore and I was nervous. I did my working weight for just one set and stopped. It feels more sore then anything. I'm going to put some ice on it in a little bit. I feel really beat up this meet cycle. I have been having some bad pain in my right leg/upper hip area and it hurts just sitting here. Next week will be my last heavy squat session and it'll determine if I'm going to finish this up and compete in March. This sucks, I am in more pain now then I was when I was doing rehab.
Sorry to hear you may be having a relapse of sorts, hopefully it turns out to be a false alarm.
Maybe less volume would help. The deadlift thing sounds like no big deal.
