Done...A pretty decent day today. I was able to get the sets/reps I needed. The Anderson squats were pretty killer with the short rest periods. Hopefully this will help me out of the hole. I had the bar set to low, so next time I'll raise it up some. I did take video and I'll get it posted as soon as I can.

Done...Horrible day today. Had no leg drive and for the first time, my grip failed before my back. The 695x1 was a good gym lift, but I would have gotten 3 red lights for sure at a meet. Which is something I'm not happy with. Even the 590x5 sucked! Oh well, lets see what happens in the up and coming weeks.
