Chest, Shoulders, Triceps workout from 03/5/12
Great workout. Got a ridiculous pump from the DB benching and fly's.
Did not realize how weak I am at this lift. DB's will now take priority over BB's for benching.

Smith machine Seated OHP
I wanted to do at least one lift to test out my gym's new smith machine.
I don't know how to write what weight I use on smiths. Some dude at the gym told me once you load over 90lbs on this smith machine that the bar actually weighs 45....I think he is full of shit. But hey, it made me look good OHP'ing 155 for reps.
Close Grip Bench Press
My right Shoulder started getting some tightness and pain so I stopped immediately. Didn't feel all that heavy though.

Did some cooldowns and left. Another great workout thanks to eating like a mammoth. I think the most I have ever DB benched before today was 65's for 6 reps a while back.
Tonight is legs. I got called in to work till 10, but I think I can finagle something to get off early and hit the gym at 9 or so to give me an hour before they close.
Chest/shoulders/tri's from 03/13/12
I went for heavy singles on this day just so when people ask me what I bench I can reply with something other than "I don't know." I am extraordinarily weak on the bench press.
215x1- PR- came up very easy
225xmiss...I know I can do this but I was totally fried by this point apparently.
So that was dissapointing. lol. I never ever lift heavy singles so even though I hit a PR I was expecting much more.
^Took it easy on the other chest lifts

Triceps were pretty much done at this point...So I hit them anyway...
Back, Biceps- Workout from 03/14/12
Dead's felt pretty good this day. I may switch to a higher rep range on these with lighter weight. Or. I might not. We'll see.
265x5 felt relatively easy

40'sx8 These are feeling lighter all the time
Pretty solid I suppose. SUPER DOMS from these past two consecutive workouts. Also, weight is around 185 fluctuating greatly all the time. So to make calories easier I have started the HGOCMAD diet(Invented it myself). Half gallon of chocolate milk after every workout. Delish. Sometimes skim. Sometimes 1%. Rarely whole. I'm wondering if I'll make my goal of between 190-200lbs in time to get cut up for summer....
