hittin hard for 2 1/2 weeks, on last wednesday doing squats only had 295 on then rep 2 felt my upper quad by my hip pop and then move. not in a good way it has been like a frog for last 4 days. puttin ice and taking some meds feels ok today but I will just do body squats this week. on the deload week how heavy do you go for your sets of 15?
The way I understood it you want to be as heavy as you can for 2x15. But it is a deload week afterall so don't stress about it too much
Deloading, I usually back it down to working capacity. I really don't like going under working capacity...just SFW
