I deloaded this week. Nothing to report. Just low weight and low reps on squat and bench and no pulling. I'm pain free and feeling good. This week is test week and it will go as follows: Monday- Deadlift, Wednesday - Bench, Friday - Squat. Looking forward to it.
Also wanted to add that I apologize for not posting on anyones log for a while. I barely have time to keep up with my own log. I wont go into details but between work, family, and studying for my CSCS, I have to put every spare second I have (which are few) into my own training for now. So if I have stopped posting on your log don't take it personally! Haha.
Monday 10/22/12 - Deadlift Test
525x1 (12 Pound PR!!!)
525 went up smooth. Probably had another 10-15 in me but rather than risk a miss I shut it down after the PR. I'll post the vid later today hopefully. Big shout out to Tone for all your help! Testing bench on Wednesday.

Wednesday 10/24/12 - Bench Test
Some light chins and arm work
I am stronger than this but I'm still happy with the PR. 345 went up so fast I thought 365 would be a breeze. My problem was I kept letting the bar drift towards my face on the decent. I finally nutted up and focused on the third attempt and nailed it. It wasn't pretty but it was a PR and 10 pounds away from a double BW bench. While I have put on 5-6 pounds in the last 2 months, much of it is in my legs and back. I need to start getting serious about putting some size on my upper body. That starts next week.

Friday 10/26/12 - Squat Test

500x0 (This was really really really close!)
Pretty happy with tonight. 480 was a pretty easy PR and 500 was so so close. I had already made up my mind to hit a small PR and then go for 500. I'm sure I had 490 but its all good.
So after 8 weeks of working with Tone Barbaccio I put an easy 23 pounds on my total and left at least another 10 in the tank on both my squat and deadlift. Also bodyweight went from 182 to 187. The results speak for themselves.

nearly potential 45 lbs in that time frame is awesome, + the bodyweight is always a bonus! hell, 23 lbs is pretty damn good! where do i sign up for this haha!?

Today was more about getting a good pump more than anything. Still went pretty hard though. We now have our eyes set on a March 2nd meet in Denver. It is the NASA Colorado State. To be honest, I would rather lift in another fed but there are just none in our area other than the USAPL. I've always avoided lifting in the USAPL but I guess I really don't have a reason for that. Maybe I should give them a try...
