Just finished my move to Georgia. It's humid as hell here, but at least I won't have dry skin... I'm stoked because the gym at the hospital is actually awesome - they even have one more squat rack than my "real" gym back in CLT. Best of all, it's $20 per month.
July 3 was light bench - did 5x5 with 225 that was too easy.
then BB skullcrushers and some leg extensions.
275 started getting heavy at set 4, which I really don't care because technically my light days consist of 75% of my 1RM, which should be just 250. I just felt like I wanted heavier.

Got about a third of the way up and got stuck on 310, but it's all good. Wasn't expecting much today since I've been fucking around at the beach for the past few days and not eating enough. I love it out here in GA so far. 20 minute ride to the beach here is priceless. People are incredibly friendly. Hell, you can even walk around with a beer in your hand in downtown. Really cool place to be!

There was a 10 year old kid attempting to bench press for the first time yesterday by himself. Saw him over there and basically took 20 minutes to teach him how to properly do the exercise. Felt like I did my good deed for the day. :)

Outside of assault or extraction of some kind of foreign object, what exactly can go so wrong with a vagina that constitutes an ER visit, and more specifically an ER visit after-hours??
And does hundreds of vagina inspections ruin it for you when you're inspecting one for the "right reasons"?
