After looking at a few vids, I tried wearing the TRX a bit lower on my thighs: it makes A LOT of difference, I had trouble going down with the 190.
Next week I'll give a go at a 200-210 single to get this straightened out: if I can go down well, I'll spring the weight up.

Downright awesome session: bench moved Fast, and I think I got everything right: not too heavy, not too light.
Wednesday I have my last heavy squat/DL session, then I'll cruise towards the meet: key word will be NO CNS Fatigue.

No money. For what is supposed to be such a cheap place to get to and stay at, its gonna end up costing me a LOT ov fucking money. This meet would sink me utterly for months... and while that would be acceptable if everything was looking good right now, everything is not. My deadlift is shit. And damned if i'm going to blow the rest ov the year and the first half ov 2013 on a meet where i'm losing 50-100lbs off my total.

225 - 2 reds - 1 st high squat of my life, because of a mighty good wrapping: I got in a closer-than-usual stance, and got up too early; I have more anyway, the weight flew up like a 1st attempt

140x2 - half board, then to chest - decided to lower 1st attempt a bit
155 - 15 kg meet pr

5th place in the -83 kg class (12 lifters)
I finally have a geared total, and I got a lot of pr's and the best placing I ever got.
Only thing I'm disappointed about is not getting a 600 total, but I know that I will blow it out of the water next time.
Lesson learnt: practice gear more. Way more. And get the wraps TIGHT
Moreover, my training mate Massimiliano got 3rd place in the same class, with 270-167.5-250 (he did a stupid error on a 260kg 3rd attempt) and my other training mate Lorenzo got 6th place in a very stacked Jr division by means of 240-170-227.5 @ 93.
All of the above with single ply gear, IPF sanction.
I want a 650 Kg total at my next comp (April '13)
