Keep those arms straight during that deadlift. Looking good all around. Solid and thick.
Do you have suggestions on how to fix that? Rob and I both have the same bad habit of pulling with the arms. Its something I think we are both open to suggestions on how to fix too.

Something I saw which stuck to me is to always think "squeeze" the bar off the floor rather than yank(pull) it. And to be cognizant of doing so even with lighter weights. Grip it as hard as humanly possible and envision your arms as hooks merely holding the weight. It will become second nature after a while.
I heard a few people say to slightly flex your triceps righ before you pull. Im not sure if that works but i have heard it a few times.
