Last session before push/pull
It was a balmy 40 degrees in the gym today! I finally tracked down a free kerosene heater but now I gotta find somewhere that sells kerosene and hope the 20 year old heater works!
Took yesterday off because I never planned on squatting this week. Need to keep my lower all fresh for Saturday. So I hit up a quick upper session with just bar weight. Slathered on the Blue Heat, warmed up and was done. Just trying to keep the joints and muscles from locking up and cramping on me. The first cold spell always kills me. But this year I'm really starting to feel the arthritis that the docs warned me about.
1. OHP x 15
2. BB CURL x 15
3. VBAR PUSHDOWNS x 15
Repeat 1-3 five times with no rest except for between sets.
