Help My Fix my Squat Form - Video Check
Recently getting back into lifting seriously and currently doing a variation of SS. I finally was able to get someone to tape my squat form today and wasn't happy. I thought my form was good but after seeing the video I can see my lower back rounding a bunch at the bottom of the lift.
Looking for suggestions on how to correct that and any other issues you may see with my form. Appreciate the help in advance.
