so i was doing some DB chest flys the other day and it got me thinking, has anyone every tried a shoulder fly move? i dont mean a lat raise which i have seen be called a shoulder fly. i mean sitting up, going with light DB's with your palms facing upward and doing a fly motion similar to a chest fly but up so the DB's are over your head. any thoughts?
It's called an extremely ugly and weird-looking shoulder press.
I've done laterals with my palms-up, but never went beyond parallel with the ground.
