Quick protein snack for the season...
For pumpkin pie pudding
I used:
-1 box jell-o brand sugar free/fat free pudding
-2.5 cups skim
-2 scoops vanilla nitrean
and then just added in some mccormick pumpkin pie spice to taste and the it is tits.
I've done dozens of batches/variations of protein pudding but this is probably my favorite yet and I'm not even a big pumpkin pie fan...
I sometimes make puddings with unsweetened almond milk and it always turns out just as good as well. Or for more calories just skip the SF/FF and use regular pudding and whole milk
Hope some of you guys try it out
