Finally over the 3 plate mark. Lot of squat progress this training cycle.
Solid day, wrist is a little tender but doing better. Hoping the wrist curls will strengthen the area some and prevent this from happening again in the future.

DB Cross Body Hammer Curl
Pretty solid day training with my Dad on Thanksgiving. Wrist is still giving me a little trouble so clean pulls were out and I opted for clean deadlifts instead. Had to get some pec dec in since we have one in the basement, and surprised the DB curls didn't bother my wrist any.
Little too aggressive of a jump here, pulled it high enough but didn't get under it. Still need a lot of technique work.
BOOM, finally got 315 no wraps. Feels good to have finished a training cycle like that, good indicator for my wrapped squat for next weeks meet.
Small clean PR, same as snatch though too aggressive of a jump, pulled it high enough but needs more technique.
Small PR here was in a rush time was so had to call it for this session.
Decent pressing today, wrist is still bothering me and I can tell I haven't benched in a while. 225 under these conditions is alright with me though.
