Terrific squat and bench. Once the pull catches up things will really start to come together. Great job.
Thanks, I thought I had a higher pull but even my opener felt crazy hard. I'm not sure how to build up to being able to perform well throughout the whole meet, definitely harder than I thought. But I know my deadlift can improve a lot because I was struggling with it in training, little more focus on it and I think next time I will do better.
