Grip strength excercises?
Grip used to be an issue for me ages ago when I was skinny, weak and only pulling 300lbs. Pushed it and I suppose my grip just caught up.
Now as I'm pulling abit heavier and with a snatch grip the it's becoming more of an issue. I've done 400lbs x4 on conventional deads, and I'm getting close to that number now but with the snatch grip. I'm doing sets of 5 now and PR'd today, but the grip was just about ready to break on the 4th and 5th reps of my sets.
Anyone here use any good grip excercises to help their pull? I'd do a google search but don't want to find some shitty stuff and waste my time doing it. Rather ask the big boys at WBB.
