To be more specific, I train for strength and usually do Standing Barbell OHP as my main movement, but wanted to switch it up for a few workouts and did DB Presses as my main lift and was wondering if my form was fine?
Looked pretty reasonable. But like in the OHP you have to keep your torso tight. Legs should be driven into the ground and no wobbling on the bench.
Thanks for the input. The reason I wobble a bit in the beginning is just me pulling my shoulder blades back into the bench. But I do agree, I need to be more stable
Hard to tell from that angle looked like you could be more upright. basic guidlines would be wrists over elbows and elbows slightly in front of shoulders ask someone at your gym to watch you and check
Press straight up. There is no need to bring the dumbbells together at the top and that actually just places less stress on the triceps.
