Metabolic Chest circuit
I use this as part of a Hybrid program design, it can also be used as extra chest work on a non-chest day 3-4 days after; like after Back. It has other applications as well, but it needs to fit the individuals current needs state and context of their program.
How many cycles of that do you do?
3-5 times thru depending on the overall program. Do 12-20 reps on Crossovers, 15-20 reps on Tubing fly, 6-8 reps per side of Crossover pushup, then Max reps on Pushups (no lockouts)
