As part of the MI40 training, I did biceps today. I used this technique with the pinky finger. I can feel the difference. I do have a question though:
I did 3 bicep exercises, barebell curl, cable reverse curl, seated dumbbell curl. By the time I got to cable curls my biceps were pumped and I wasn't getting the same ROM. Is that just something you live with? By seated dumbbell curls I was really feeling it in both biceps, but I was also really feeling it in my right shoulder/delt. I was facing the mirror, no movement as far as I could tell...the delt hurt more and that's why I stopped. Any ideas?
