Preworkout w/o caffeine?
I workout in the evenings with the exception of the weekends so I can't use a product with stimulants before my workouts or else I won't be able to fall asleep at night. I was wondering if it would be worth it to take Citrulline Malate and L-Carnitine L-Tartrate prior to my workout or not.
I am just doing hypertrophy workouts so no crossfit or powerlifting so I am not interested in improving in those areas, just looking to build more muscle. I have heard that Citrulline Malate is good for getting a pump and is more beneficial than L-Arginine but I wasn't sure if the other ingredients were things that I would benefit from or not.
