ok im really not wanting to eat much lately and not that i have something wrong with me just im so busy now its hard to eat and i forget. but here is what im thinking and i think it might be ok.
pre workout: 25g protein with some fats
post workout: 25g whey isolate
meal 1-roasted chicken(2 breasts and 2 thighs)
small shake-25g protein with some fats
meal 2-lean steak cooked on foreman grill
maybe before bed or late a small shake.
now i know it looks like im drinking more then eating but if u count the calories it really isnt that way.
im tryn not to eat so many carbs so i dont :)
