I started a new diet today... first let me tell you my personal numbers..i am 5'6and weigh 200 lbs.. i could lose about 30 lbs or translate that extra lbs..to muscle... I work 1 bodypart a day...and then do cardio for 1 hour on my offdays.. so my first day of my diet... i will not bore you with everything i took in..but these are the basics...
I didnt eat any carbs after 5pm... Most of my protein came from 4 chicken breasts..a can of tuna..and a metrx bar... I also drank about a gallon or so of water today...Not much fruit..a banana..and not many veggies..just a small bowl of corn... some oatmeal in the morning..
I wasnt to keen on eating 5 or 6 small meals a day but after the first day it seemed to go ok..please post your opinions..thanks
I would up fat and lower carbs...
IMO a low carb count is bvetter than low fat for losing fat...
I lost fat on a diet with 120 grams of fat per day but my carbs were in the 100's..
Try and bump that fat to75-80 and lower carbs accordingly..
